Invited by the Euro Bio-inpired Materials Program Committee, Prof. Longjian Xue attended the conference of 4th Euro Bio-inpired Materials 2018 in Potsdam, Germany  from 19 March to 22 March. Prof. Xue gave a talk titled “Inchworm-inspired light-driven soft robot based on asymmetric friction” on the conference, introducing the latest research findings of NISE-Lab on bio-inspired adhesion. Di Tan, a member of NISE-Lab who is on his short-term exchange in Germany, went for the meeting along with Prof. Xue and presented a poster to the conference.
