3. Ph.D. degree or soon to have one, under 35 years old; at least two research papers published in peer-reviewed journals

Procedure of recruiting post doctors
1. Please send a detailed personal resume (including a brief summary of research and research interests in the future) and relevant information that could indicate personal research ability and academic level, and provide two letters of recommendation (one of them should to be a doctoral tutor).
2. Qualified candidates will have an initial communication via telephone/internet and be informed to participate in the interview in Wuhan.
3. The persons who pass the interview need to have a health examination in Wuhan University school hospital. Qualified persons can sign a contract according to the postdoctoral management of Wuhan University.

一、申请条件
1、政治思想表现合格，热爱科研工作，有较强敬业精神、创新意识和团队协作精神；
2、具有博士学位或博士论文已答辩即将获得博士学位，年龄35周岁以下，具有物理、化学、材料、纳米、生物等专业知识和研究经历；
3、具备独立从事科研工作的能力、较强的文献阅读和写作能力、以及较高的英文水平，在本专业国际学术期刊至少发表过1篇研究论文；
4、身体健康，符合武汉大学有关博士后管理的规定。
二、岗位待遇

三、招聘程序
